Proof of Damage
To process a return request, customers must provide:

Requests without valid proof may be rejected.
Return Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for both directions, approximately ₹150.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
Inspection and Approval
- Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected for verification.
- If the damage is confirmed, the return will be approved.
- If the product does not meet eligibility conditions, the return will be declined and returned to the customer at their expense.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days depending on the bank or payment provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return policy.
